Artwork is printed on demand after the order has been made. Please allow up to 5 business days for the
manufacturing of the artwork. Your artwork is printed on demand and the frame is made to order.

Shipping

Please allow up to 10 business days for shipping. Shipping costs depend on your location. Artwork will be printed in the location closest to your domicile to reduce carbon footprint and the shipping costs.

Delivery

You will be notified via email as soon as the artwork is ready to be shipped. You will be provided with a tracking number. Please ensure to provide correct address during the check-out.

Packaging

Artwork is shipped in a cardboard wrap/box. Protective packaging is
added together with corner protection to ensure safe delivery. The package is
marked fragile so that the artwork arrives in pristine condition and ready for you to hang. 

Damage During Delivery?

This is highly unlikely due to the sturdy packaging, however in this unlikely event I will ensure the artwork is reprinted and delivered again at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damages incurred during transit and a brief description of the issue.

Returns

Artwork is delivered ready for hanging.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the artwork, kindly contact support@anezkaarts.com within 14 days from the date of the purchase and I will provide you with options available.

Please note there may be a restocking fee of 20% applicable to all fine art print returns.
